Bob MacDonald, Ph.D.: Co-Founder and CEO of Skyline Solar Inc.
Bob has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building market focus and optimizing operational efficiencies with emerging high-tech ventures. He led the product marketing program at SolFocus and prior to SolFocus, he co-founded and served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Onetta, a leading optical amplifier company. During his tenure, he secured funding from Sequoia Capital and Matrix Partners. Earlier in his career, Bob started the telecom components division of New Focus, Inc., brand of Bookham, Inc., a leader in developing, manufacturing photonics, which enabled the company’s successful IPO and secondary offerings. He holds a B.S.E.E. from Brown University, M.S.E.E. from Stanford University, and M.S. and Ph.D. in Physics from Brown University. |

Bill Kozlovsky, Ph.D.: VP of Engineering
Bill leads the product development activities at Skyline and most recently led the product development of the Telecom product lines of Intel’s optical Platform division, sold to Emcore in 2008. Previous to that, he led development of the Telecom tunable laser product line of New Focus which was sold to Intel in 2002. Prior to New Focus, Bill led development teams in both optical storage and hard disk mechanical and manufacturing technologies at IBM’s Almaden Research Center from 1989 to 2000. He received his BS degree in Physics from Loyola University in New Orleans, and his MS degree and Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Stanford University. Bill is a Fellow of the Optical Society of America. |

Ajay Mody: Senior VP of WW Operations
Ajay joins the Skyline Solar executive team with over 25 years of knowledge and diverse experience across multiple industries including Alternate Energy, Consumer, Semiconductor, System/Appliances, Wireless and Manufacturing. Prior to joining Skyline Solar he held key executive and senior level positions within companies such as Magellan GPS, BloomEnergy, Neoteris (Juniper Networks), NetScaler (Citrix), National Semiconductors, Amkor Technology and Fujitsu. Ajay has successfully developed and built strategic partnerships and supply chain relationships in several parts of the world including Asia and Europe. As a veteran of large and small companies, his leadership forte and accomplished business acumen revolve around building highly successful teams and delivering world class results. Ajay received his MS in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University, and his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University. |

Tim Keating: VP of Marketing and Field Operations
Tim joined Skyline in January 2008 during fund raising; Tim founded the Marketing and Field Operations at Skyline Solar and lead Field Operations through the construction of Skyline’s first demonstration solar plant. Tim has deep experience in operations, engineering, sales, marketing, content relationships and venture capital funding. Tim gained his experience during his extensive Intel career and since Intel as a venture consultant serving companies as an advisor and operations executive during funding and company ramp phase. Tim is a 22-year veteran of Intel where he was the managing director of Intel Capital Europe based in Munich and London; he led the European team which made 70 equity investments between 1998 and 2002. Before this Tim held general management, sales, marketing and engineering roles at Intel in Europe and U.S. sites including world wide Director of Marketing for Pentium™ Processor through the launch of the original Intel Pentium™ brand and chip. Tim started his career at Pacific Gas and Electric in engineering. Tim holds a B.S. electrical and computer engineering from University of California, and is an alumnus of the Harvard University Graduate School of Business; General Management Program (PMD) where he focused on corporate finance, strategy and operations.

John Rea: VP Product Realization
John is a seasoned engineering executive with 30 years of experience successfully guiding products from concept into volume production. As Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Onetta, he orchestrated a team of 75 people that brought 28 highly integrated optical amplifier subsystem products from design to market in 24 months—each one on time. He was ultimately given responsibility for Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, and Quality Management. Prior to Onetta, John held multiple Senior Project Manager roles at 3Com that evolved into Director of Program Management and Engineering Services. In the latter role he led a 65-person organization responsible for all program management and ancillary support for new and sustaining platform development. During his tenure at 3Com, he created or influenced many of the project management methodologies, new product development processes, and new product introduction processes that took shape across multiple divisions. John received his B.S.E.E. from the State University of New York at Buffalo. |

Eric Johnson: Co-Founder and Architect
Eric previously consulted with a variety of US solar companies - both independently and as a Senior Engineer with GreenMountain Engineering, a consultancy focused on clean technology. Prior to GreenMountain, he was a mechanical engineer at two start-ups: Phasebridge (photonics) where he learned to weld with sub-micron accuracy; and Beacon Power (energy storage) where he worked with high performance (25,000 RPM) mechanical systems. Eric received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell, and misses skiing to class. |

Bill Keating: Co-Founder and Executive Chairman
Bill is an executive consultant in clean tech, digital media, and biotech and is currently or has recently served on several boards including SolFocus, ZVUE, SunModular, Tiara Pharma and others. He is a founding member of Nekei, a venture-catalyst consulting company formed in 2002, and is a 30-year veteran of the technology industry. Bill has held senior executive positions at Vyyo/Xtend (NASDAQ: VYYO), MOXI , Microsoft, WebTV, General Magic, Rational Software, and Sun Microsystems. As a seasoned and recognized leader, he is able to bring a unique depth of understanding and insight to the solar space, and continues to be a key driver in the emergence of the clean tech industry. A number of business ventures for which Bill was an executive or consultant have either gone public or been acquired. These include Moxi Digital (acquired by Digeo), WebTV (sold to Microsoft in 1997), and several others. |
