Tom Rohrs: CEO and Chairman of the Board
Tom Rohrs is a 30 year veteran in the high technology industry. He presently serves on the Boards of Intevac, Magma Design Automation, Inc., Electroglas and several private companies. Tom spent five years with Applied Materials Inc., most recently as Senior Vice President, Global Operations, and was also a member of that company's Executive Committee. Immediately prior to that he was Vice President of Worldwide Operations for Silicon Graphics, Inc., and previously was with MIPS Computer Systems, Inc., as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Customer Service. He also served as Group Operations Manager for Hewlett-Packard's Personal Computer Group.
Tom earned his BSME from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from Harvard University. He currently serves on the Advisory Council for the School of Engineering at the University of Notre Dame. |

Bob MacDonald, Ph. D.: Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Bob has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building market focus and optimizing operational efficiencies with emerging high-tech ventures. He led the product marketing program at SolFocus; prior to SolFocus he co-founded and served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Onetta, a leading optical amplifier company. During his tenure, he secured funding from Sequoia Capital and Matrix Partners. Earlier in his career, Bob started the telecom components division of New Focus, a division of Newport Corporation, a leader in photonics development and manufacturing, which enabled the company’s successful IPO and secondary offerings. He holds a BSEE from Brown University, MSEE from Stanford University, and MS and Ph. D. in Physics from Brown University. |

Jeff Osorio: VP, Chief Financial Officer
Jeff Osorio is a seasoned financial executive with nearly 20 years of experience in operationally oriented companies in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining Skyline Solar, Jeff was Chief Financial Officer for Solaicx, a producer of premium mono-crystalline silicon wafers specifically designed for the solar industry. During his tenure, Jeff oversaw significant fund raising activities, the ramp up of a 60 MW full-scale production facility, a fully integrated ERP implementation and acceptance of a large-scale Department of Energy grant proposal. Previously, he was Corporate Controller and interim Chief Financial Officer of Cypress Semiconductor, a billion dollar manufacturer and distributor of semiconductors, where he was involved in the spin-out of SunPower Corporation. Jeff was CFO of two other publicly traded companies and held executive finance and controller roles at Silicon Graphics, Spectra-Physics, Atari, and Xerox. Jeff holds an MBA and a BS in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting from Santa Clara University.

Tim Keating: VP of Marketing and Field Operations
Tim joined Skyline in January 2008 during fund raising and founded Marketing and Field Operations at Skyline Solar. He has deep experience in operations, engineering, sales, marketing, content relationships and venture capital funding. Tim gained his experience during his extensive Intel career and since Intel as a venture consultant serving companies as an advisor and operations executive during funding and company ramp phase. He is a 22-year veteran of Intel where he was the managing director of Intel Capital Europe based in Munich and London. He led the European team which made 70 equity investments between 1998 and 2002. Before this Tim held general management, sales, marketing and engineering roles at Intel in Europe and U.S. sites including world wide Director of Marketing for the Pentium™ Processor through the launch of the original Intel Pentium™ brand and chip. Tim started his career at Pacific Gas and Electric in engineering. Tim holds a BS electrical and computer engineering from University of California, and is an alumnus of the Harvard University Graduate School of Business General Management Program (PMD) where he focused on corporate finance, strategy and operations. |

Danny C. Cheung: VP of Engineering
Danny has world-class experience in development systems and product life cycle management with a proven track record in design, prototyping, volume production and cost management. Previously he was Head of Design and Engineering for the award winning Acura TL at Honda Research & Development, Americas. He was the Project Leader for the 2006 Honda Ridgeline that won Motor Trend's Truck of the Year award. He also co-founded a company that promoted hybrid electric vehicle production technologies. Danny won first place in the Department of Energy Hybrid Electric Vehicle Challenge in 1993 as part of the Cornell HEV Team. Danny has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. He holds 4 US patents and is fluent in Chinese.

John Backer: Managing Director, Manufacturing
John brings twenty years of manufacturing, supply chain and new product introduction experience to Skyline. Most recently he served as Vice President, Operations, for Mainstream Energy in San Luis Obispo, CA where he developed the supply chain and logistics organizations for the photovoltaic integration and wholesale distribution arms of the company. Prior to Mainstream Energy, John spent nearly 10 years at Applied Materials, most recently as Head of Operations for the Mask Products Division, and he previously filled various Executive roles focusing on manufacturing and new product introduction. Immediately after university, John served 10 years on active duty in the United States Navy and retired from the Naval Reserve in 2005 with the rank of Commander.
